Ghana has introduced a visa-free entry for all African passport holders, supported by a new E-Visa system. The platform enables online applications, secure payments, and email authorizations, while integrating with international security databases. The reform also automates work and residence permits, reduces bureaucracy, and enhances airport security with advanced scanners.

President Mahama framed the move as part of the African Union’s Agenda 2063, promoting free movement and continental integration.
